Red Rocks. Off the parkway, near Brevard, NC, I found this beautiful little water scene with the red rocks. The rocks are very colorful under the water and this is the second such piece from this area. To see more click here.
Emerald Rest, oil
Traveling west of Chattanooga I visited this peaceful setting. Had to traverse a winding staircase and swinging bridge to find it and the falls directly behind. See More.
Conjure Shack, pastel
Conjure Woman lives in this little shack deep inside the swamp and visitors should be cautious when approaching. One of the illos from Poppy Bear.
